Message From the Chief
Welcome to the Police Department page of the City’s website. We hope that you find the information about the Police Department and the services we provide to be informative and useful.
If you do not find the information you need on our website, please contact us at 513-829-8201 or email us and we will make every effort to assist you.
We offer a variety of services and are proud of our programs to keep Fairfield safe for our residents, businesses and visitors. Our employees are rated excellent in the majority of our contacts and we work to keep it that way.
We welcome your suggestions, comments and recommendations concerning any aspect of the Fairfield Police Department’s operations. You may call us with your suggestions or email us.
The Fairfield Police Department appreciates hearing about ways in which our employees have been able to assist you.
If you have a concern about the Police Department or any of its employees or if you feel you have been treated unfairly, we encourage you to let us know. Every complaint is reviewed and you will be informed of the outcome of that review.
You may contact any supervisor of the Police Department in person or by calling 513-829-8201. It would be helpful to the review process to have as much information about the incident or employee as possible. You are not required to give your name or address, but we would like to be able to contact you if additional information is necessary and to let you know the outcome of the review.
Compliments about our staff may be emailed to the Police Department. You may also complete one of the Fairfield Works cards in the lobby of the Police Department at 5230 Pleasant Avenue.
We hope you enjoy viewing the information on our website to learn more about the department, the services we provide to the community, crime prevention tips, and career opportunities. We look forward to providing the best police service possible to those in our community.
Michael J. Dickey
Chief of Police
