Bob Myron, First Ward

Biography: Resident of the First Ward for 40 years. Married to Vicki. Two adult children, Patrick and Kelly, and three grandchildren. Retired after a career in Marketing and Sales Management.

Education: BA from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA. Attended the Industrial Marketing Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and the Marketing Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Community Involvement: Served on the Fairfield Parks and Recreation Board as Vice Chair and Parks Board Representative to the Planning Commission. Served on the Butler County Mental Health Board for several terms and as past Board President. Past member of the United Way Board.

Craig W. Keller, Second Ward

Biography:  Lifelong resident of Fairfield and Hamilton. Married to wife, Sandy. Two daughters: Kristy and Rachel, and three ​grandsons.

Education:  Graduate of Hamilton Garfield High School, Southern Ohio College, Louisiana Baptist University, Andersonville Theological Seminary, and Duke University - Human Resources CE (six course) program.

Community Involvement:  Member of Fairfield Rotary Club, Fairfield Civitan Club, Fairfield Historical Society and coaches grandson at West Side Little League.  Previously served on the Fairfield Parks & Recreation Board, Fairfield Cultural Arts Commission and in the U.S. Coast Guard Aux.  Past Vice President of the Butler County Historical Society, Past Board Member of the Greenwood Cemetery Association, Past President of the Hamilton Civil War Round Table, Past Dept. of Ohio Commander of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Past JV Baseball Assistant Coach at Hamilton High School.

Debbie Pennington, Third Ward

Biography: Lifelong resident of Butler County; 35 years of Fairfield's Third Ward. Married to Dan, together they have two children; Julie and Mark, and five grandchildren, all residing in Fairfield.

Education: Graduate of Hamilton Taft High School and attended Miami University.

Community Involvement: Past President of Fairfield Women; Past President of The Hamilton Fairfield Oxford Board of Realtors; served on Charter Review Commission; Co-Chair Fairfield's Board of Zoning Appeals; Fairfield's 50th Anniversary Committee; currently serving as President of The Fairfield Historical Society; served eight (8) years on Hamilton Fairfield Oxford Board of Realtors Board of Directors; Butler County Republican Party - Central Committee.

Tim Abbott, Fourth Ward

Biography: Lifelong resident of Butler County; lived in Fairfield for 20 years; married to wife Kathy who is a lifelong resident of Fairfield.

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Cincinnati.  Graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill- Executive Leadership Program.

Professional: Serves as Director of Government & Community Relations for Duke Energy that spans a 30 year career with the company.

Community Involvement: Served 8 years on City Council, Member of Fairfield Rotary, Fairfield Optimist, Fairfield VFW Post 1069,  Fairfield Chamber of Commerce,  Chairman of Butler County United Way Campaign 2013, Butler County SELF Board, Butler Tech Business Advisory Council, Hugh L. Chad Oberson, Council Member at Large

Biography: Born and raised in Concord (east side of Cleveland), Ohio.  Chad moved to Fairfield in 1997 after college.  He married Kendra Fields Oberson, who is a lifelong resident of Fairfield, and they have 2 daughters that attend Sacred Heart School.

Education: Chad is a Graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI.

Professional: Chad is the Founder and President of Oberson’s Nursery and Landscapes Inc., located on River Rd. in Fairfield.

Mike Snyder, Council Member at Large

Biography: Raised in Detroit, MI.  Has resided in Fairfield with wife Pat over 30 years.  Three adult children and four grandchildren.  Retired after career in Production Management, Sales and Customer Service.  Former Air Force officer in the Minuteman Missile Program.  Prior Council service 2000 – 2011.

Education: Mike has a BA/Economics from Wayne State Univ. in Detroit and an MS/Industrial Management from the Univ. of North Dakota.

Community Involvement: Member Sacred Heart Parish.  Volunteer, Cincinnati Association for the Blind.  Perform Audio Description for blind patrons at live theatrical events.  Member, Hamilton-Fairfield Symphony Orchestra.  Member, Greater Hamilton Civic Theatre and Fairfield Footlighters.

Biography: Lifelong resident of Butler County; 32 years in Fairfield. Married to Patty with four (4) children.

Education: Moeller High School Graduate; Continuing courses in Electrical Control & Distribution Education.

Professional: Six (6) years in United States Army Reserve; Account Manager for Richards Electric and F.D. Lawrence Electric for a total of 33 years; Sales manager at Panelmatic, Inc. for six (6) years; currently self-employed.

Community Involvement: Active volunteer and donor for Fairfield Food Pantry; Past Coach FYBA Baseball and Sacred Heart Basketball; Member of City of Fairfield Planning Commission 2011-2013.
